If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we will be happy to take your goods back as long as they are unworn, still have the labels attached and are returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 


  • Please ensure all returns include your original order sheet and are marked 'RETURNED GOODS'.
  • Please ensure all returned goods are well packaged, to avoid any damage during transit.
  • Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please ensure all returns are clearly marked ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any Customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Please write your NAME and ORDER NUMBER somewhere on the outside of the package.

Returns are normally processed within 10-14 working days of us receiving your return.
